When a parent submits a tutor request, we collect the parent's name, mobile number, general location, and the child's class and subject requirement. We do not ask for the child's full name, school, or any other identifying detail beyond what's needed to find a suitable tutor. When a tutor applies to join our network, we collect their name, qualification, subject expertise, experience level, location and availability.
This information is used for exactly one purpose: to match a parent's request with a suitable, verified tutor, and to let our team follow up by call, WhatsApp or email to confirm the match. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Your information is seen only by our internal matching team. When we shortlist a tutor for your family, we share only the details necessary for that tutor to understand the requirement (class, subject, general area) — never your full contact details until you choose to proceed. We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to complete the matching process, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you need a replacement tutor or return with a new requirement. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to us.
You can ask us what information we hold about you or your child, request a correction, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to support@chandigarhtutorhub.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
